How does annual billing work?
With annual billing you pay for 10 months and receive 12 — two months free compared to monthly billing. Your rate is locked in for the full year.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly plans run month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans run for 12 months.
