Care Plan Questions
Do I need a care plan for my $1,000 website?
No — your website is yours to keep either way, with no lock-in. A care plan simply takes hosting, updates, backups, and small changes off your plate, so the site that converted on launch day still converts a year later.
Can I cancel my care plan anytime?
Yes. Care plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. If you leave, you keep your website and we hand over a current backup and all access.
What counts as a "small change"?
Text and image updates, new sections on existing pages, product updates, banner swaps, form tweaks — anything inside your monthly included hours. Bigger work like new page types, redesigns, or new integrations gets a separate fixed quote before we start.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
Monitoring alerts us — usually before you notice. We restore from the daily backup, close the hole, and tell you what happened. That response is included in every plan.
