Call your own number. Ring your own business number in the middle of a working day and see exactly what happens. How many rings, where it goes, and what a stranger would do next.
Count last month's missed calls. Open your phone records and count the calls that went unanswered last month. Most owners have never looked at this number.
Check what happens after a job. Take a customer you finished work for two months ago and find out what they have received since. Then count how many reviews you got last month against how many jobs you completed.
