A share of what they pay
You earn a percentage of the recurring subscription and retainer fees we actually receive from the customer you introduced. One time fees, taxes and refunds are not included.
The programme works the same wherever you are. This page covers the practical side for partners based in the US: how you are paid, what paperwork there is, and what we ask of you.
You earn a percentage of the recurring subscription and retainer fees we actually receive from the customer you introduced. One time fees, taxes and refunds are not included.
Commissions clear after a short holding period, then go out on a fixed monthly date once your balance passes the minimum.
If a customer refunds or charges back, that commission is not earned. We would rather be straight about it than surprise you later.
The partner agreement. Sent after our call, once we both think it is a fit. It covers commission, tracking, how you can talk about us, and how either side ends it. You read it before you commit to anything.
One tax form. A standard US tax form, needed before your first payout rather than before you join. We send it to you and walk you through it.
Your tracking link. Issued once the agreement is signed, along with whatever materials you are approved to use.
Say plainly that you earn a commission when you recommend us. Put it near the link, before someone clicks, on every channel where you mention us. US rules require it and it is simply better practice anyway.
Beyond that: no bidding on our brand names in search ads, no claiming to work for us, no promising results we have not published, and no unsolicited email. The agreement sets it out in full, and none of it should surprise anyone who was going to recommend us honestly.
No. You introduce someone and we take the conversation from there. Most of our partners simply pass on a name or a link.
Before your first payout, not before you join. Nobody is asked for tax paperwork just to have a conversation with us.
Tell us and we will move you onto the right agreement. Nothing you have already earned is affected.
Neither. Introduce people when it fits and do not when it does not.
Yes. You just cannot earn commission on your own accounts.
Twenty minutes. We talk through who you work with and whether this is a fit. If it is not, we will say so on the call rather than leave you waiting.
